Bickleigh Mill was built in the 18th Century and was working right up until 1960 when floods devastated it. The Mill and surrounding land became part of the Devonshire Centre with crafts, a working farm and the mill.

Today Bickleigh Mill is very popular not only for its huge range of crafts and gifts to suit any taste, but for its idyllic river walks and the traditional atmosphere and delicious food available at the restaurant set in the Old Mill House.
